The recent upgrade on the MassageBook app offers a host of new features that provide professionals with increased customization and flexibility for managing their subscription.
MassageBook, an an all-in-one centralized service where therapists can easily and economically manage their business, now offers enhancements to email campaign marketing features, therapist SOAP notes (Subjective, Objective, Assessment, and Plan — standardized medical notes taken by massage professionals), added flexibility to their subscription options, and a new client photo wizard.
The SOAP notes feature, Volkmann explains, saves bodywork professionals valuable time that they can otherwise use to focus on growing their business rather than managing paperwork.
The email marketing upgrade will give therapists increased email control and oversight, allowing them to customize template text and images of marketing content sent out to customers via MassageBook.
Additionally, the Client Photo Wizard gives therapists the opportunity to personalize their database by automatically associating client photos with all CRM contacts.
“MassageBook is already a powerful search engine that can allow a passionate bodywork professional to expose his or her business to a huge potential client base without needing to invest thousands of dollars,” says Volkmann, a veteran entrepreneur who founded the largest reseller of professional massage products in the country and a past massage therapist business owner himself. “Now with our fully customizable templates, professionals can design and deploy a marketing strategy that suits them, that will keep their clients coming back, and encourage them to spread the word about their positive therapy experience,” he adds.
“At the moment we are the only profession-specific, comprehensive business solution focused on growing and managing a bodywork-based businesses, helping them to remain competitive against businesses with much bigger budgets,” Volkmann explains.
